On 12- 13 May 2022, the GPFI met in Bali in hybrid format for the second time under Indonesia G20 Presidency. Group members acknowledged the progress of the GPFI deliverables. In the area of SMEs finance, the discussion concerned the G20 Database on digital financial products and services for MSMEs beyond credit and the Regulatory Toolkit for MSMEs Access to Digital Financial Services. In the area of digital financial inclusion, members discussed the Implementation Framework for the G20 High Level Principles on Digital Financial Inclusion and the OECD review of the G20 High-Level Principles on Financial Consumer Protection. Time has also been devoted to the presentation of the OECD review of the G20 High-Level Principles on SME Financing and the We-fi code, an initiative to foster women access to finance. FATF and BIS provided an update of the SSBs agenda relevant for financial inclusion.
