The G20 Leaders convened in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 30 November - 1 December 2018 and agreed on a Declaration which highlighted financial inclusion as one of the main drivers to economic growth.
Additionally, Leaders endorsed the G20 Policy Guide on Digitisation and Informality.
In the Buenos Aires Action Plan, G20 countries committed to the voluntary implementation of its policies, to incentivise the collection of Gender desegregated data, and welcomed the work from the Temporary Steering Committee on the Sustainable and Responsible Financial Inclusion of Forcibly Displaced Persons.
